We supply our Grass fed Beef to Chefs Choice for restaurants and cafes direct from the farm where it is hung for a minimum of 14 days to 21 days in our HACCP certified Cool rooms using 250 million year old Himalayan Rock Salt, so we know the process the beast has been through from the day it was born right through to your plate.

Over the past 116 years we have farmed cattle at Grassvale Farms at Wuk Wuk in East Gippsland. Our pastures are top quality and you can only grow the best beef with the best grass. The  14 – 21 day salt aging process with Himalayan Rock Salt guarantees optimum tenderness and flavour, something the supermarkets don’t offer.

“Grassvale Farm” is an historic farm with organic practices. It was named by Emily Treasure in 1900 and continues to be in the Treasure Family to this day. “Wuk Wuk“ is the parish where this highly sought after herd has lived for over 30 years in and around the lowlands and foothills of the Mitchell River in East Gippsland. Wuk Wuk Beef is selected from the premium beef herd grazed on the best pastures throughout Grassvale Farm.
